Rollin is Co-founder and Creative Director of Abundant Sun. He is credited with having come up with the company name in one of his many moments of inspiration. As a consumate artist, he has lots of ideas! He is incredibly comfortable in a world where few things are as straightforward as they might appear at first glance and is a master of living and innovating in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) world.

As a performing artist, teacher and innovator, he typically brings a different perspective to Abundant Sun’s business and product development. He is adept at conceptualising, defining, and re-defining values, visions and missions to help pinpoint what it is that makes people and organisations unique. He applies his artistic skills and philosophical insights to help people see things a bit differently, which may stimulate new and more creative approaches to their work.

He is firmly committed to helping people find greater self-awareness and self-expression through the use of the arts. He has taught music worldwide for many years, and has lived and worked in the USA, The Netherlands, Germany, The United Kingdom, France, Spain and Portugal.

Rollin has always been a pioneer in the Arts, highlighted by his authoring of a book on the beautiful art of overtone singing. He holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Indian Classical Vocal Performance from Trinity Laban Music Conservatoire, London. Rollin is a Diversity Mindset Co-founder & All-star, 2005 and 2025.
