Ling is a senior social impact leader with 20 years experience in programming, content curation, strategic communications, cross-functional team management, community engagement and non-profit leadership. She thrives in co-created and constantly changing work environments, grounded in shared values and purpose. She is dedicated to and cares about developing inner skills for outer collective impact and building social movements that are sustainable. She centres joy in her life and innovation in her work.

She served for twelve years in PR and communications agencies which was rigorous a training ground for her recent for profit and non-profit leadership roles – in education management for the largest language centre in Asia, as the head of brand and communications for a major project in Toronto, and as program director for a variety of personal development and wellbeing centres in the North America.
