Ideja is the Founder of Edvance AI, a consultancy guiding legacy industries through the age of artificial intelligence.

Her path has never been conventional – from launching a nonprofit at 15, to studying cell biology at the University of St Andrews, to now running a consultancy full-time. What ties these chapters together is a belief in multidisciplinary connections: that breakthroughs happen when science, technology, and business collide.
