Madeleine has worked in the field of organisational development for over 25 years with a focus on strategy development and implementation in sustainability issues, corporate values and Human Rights in Business. Her work in agricultural supply chains includes multi-stakeholder engagement, embedding of management systems, reporting processes, and supply chain due diligence. She’s worked with the Mondelez Cocoa Life program, Japan Tobacco International’s agricultural labour practices program and developed a global training on children’s rights and business principles for UNICEF.

She is passionate about how a people-centred due diligence approach can augment environmental sustainability and vice versa; and how to stay resilient in turbulent times. Her current personal resilience practices include somatic movement, gardening and slightly too much Netflix. Madeleine is a Diversity Mindset All-star, 2005 and 2025.
