Eylül has more than 15 years experience in the field of human rights. While studying law, she worked with the United Nations and UNICEF on projects focused on children’s right to play and education in Iraq and Afghanistan. She supported women through the Afghan Women Writing Project. She later worked extensively on NGO training and initiatives related to women’s and children’s rights within the framework of the EU–Turkey refugee agreement. 

Her professional background also includes extensive experience in the media sector. At TRT World, she served as Legal Manager, contributing to the launch of key projects such as Women in War and TRT World Citizen. She currently serves as Legal & Compliance Manager at CNBC-e, CNBC’s operations in Türkiye.

Eylul has also participated in the Oxford Diploma in Sustainability Leadership program, integrating sustainability into her work with a strong human rights perspective. Her academic research focuses on diversity, inclusion, and sustainable democracy, and she prepares analyses and reports on equality principles in the corporate sector. In this context, she also evaluates how corporate structures approach sustainability and human rights. Eylul is a Diversty Mindset 2025 All-star.
