Esther is a visionary leader and effective altruist dedicated to empowering young people across Africa. Esther has leveraged her skills and experience to drive positive change in her community. Her passion for youth development led her to establish the Primacy Youth Development Initiative, which has impacted over 5,000 young people through various projects since 2023.

Esther’s flagship initiative, the African Youth Mentorship (AYM) Project, has been a game-changer for young people across Africa. Her work has been recognised globally, as a part of several humanitarian efforts. She was also appointed by UN Foundation as a Creator for the Future during the Summit of the Futures at the UN headquarters in New York.

She has served as a youth expert consultant for the World’s Largest Lesson project hosted by UNICEF and UNESCO. She has been recognised as a Global Peace Influential scholar for 2023.

In the next five years, Esther envisions expanding the African Youth Mentorship Project to impact 30,000 youths, creating a sustainable future where African youth can thrive in their native countries, contributing to robust community and economic development. Her unique experience and expertise will continue to drive her passion for youth development for young people across Africa.

She has a background in Foreign Languages from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom. Esther is a Diversty Mindset 2025 All-star.
